We only had the pleasure of knowing you for a year, you made an impression on us the day you moved in getting the van stuck on your front lawn! That's how it was, you always made us smile with your anecdotes, sense of humour and your positive outlook on life. It was a privilege knowing you Joe, you will be sorely missed by us all.
